RotaTrack offers a software solution for full automation of every activity in

nearly 300 reports. A skills based employee planning system RotaTrack allocates
fixed sessions then auto-allocates first Consultants then Trainees to vacant
slots. Trainee allocation takes into consideration all agreed training
requirements and preferences - where appropriate. All aspects of RotaTrack can
be manually overuled with suggested alternatives. Based on a comprehensive
electronic diary RotaTrack automatically produces rotas, rosters and shifts to
ensure that hospitals comply with the EWTD whilst maximising service levels. On
call rotas and rosters are accommodated separately but run back into the diary
to ensure synergy throughout the various time and attendance elements of a busy
hospital in the NHS.
